Do you ship internationally?
Most of your shipping is within New Zealand, We can condiser shipping internationally, but it will most likely be very expensive, Please contact us if you are interested.

When will I get my order?
We aim to send your order ASAP but if not it will usally be within 3 working days when the order has been placed. We use NZ Post Courier which targets within 3-5 days in most cases. We will also send you a tracking number so you will be kept updated about where your package is.

Who do you use to post packages?
We use NZ Post to deliver packages. A tracking number is provided when the item is sent out.

I am Interested in something that is sold out.
Please leave us a message via "Contact Us" And we will try our best to accommodate the request if possible

Can I Combine my Seaprate Order?
Unfortunately no we cannot combin your orders. If you forget an item in your order, you will have to place another seperate order with shipping paid for to receive those items.

I have received incorrect items or missing items in my order?
We try to ensure all orders are shipped out correctly though we do try our best, we are still human. If you receive an order with incorrect or missing items please contact us and well work on a resolution with you.
